FAQ Entry – Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like size, color preference, or change of mind. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted, please email us within 10 days at boldtruthclothiers@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We hope to resolve your issue and that you are happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with sizing, please be sure to reach out to us. 

Return Policy – Truth Clothiers

At Truth Clothiers, each item is made to order through a print-on-demand process, which means it is custom-created just for you. This is an eco-friendly way to manage production and inventory. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the size charts carefully prior to purchase. 


Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items Only

We will gladly replace any item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted. If your item arrives with a printing error, is damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at boldtruthclothiers@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item in question

Once reviewed and approved, we will contact you with an appropriate resolution.


Color Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear differently on screen or mobile devices than they do in person. This is due to variations in display settings and is not considered a defect. We do our best to ensure accurate color representation in product photos.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. In this case, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Unfortunately, as stated above, we do not accept returns, thus, refunds cannot be provided.  In many cases, a store credit in the amount of the purchase in question, including associated shipping fees, will be provided. Alternatively, the customer may opt to have the item resent to them in the correct size.
